Hi I’m Morgan!

I’m a birth and postpartum doula serving Richmond, Virginia, offering support through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood. I believe birth and postpartum are deeply transformative experiences, and that families deserve support that is steady, respectful, and rooted in evidence rather than fear or pressure.

I came to birth work through my own navigation of the world of high-risk twin pregnancy, birth, and subsequent NICU stay.

In my work with families, I offer a balance of emotional support, education, and practical care. I don’t believe in one “right” way to give birth or recover postpartum — instead, I support families in making informed choices that align with their values, bodies, and circumstances. I work best with families who are looking for grounded, non-judgmental support and who value thoughtful, evidence-based care. My clients often want space to ask questions, process their experiences, and feel supported without being rushed or directed.

I am a trained birth and postpartum doula and continue to deepen my work through ongoing education in postpartum recovery, lactation support, and holistic care practices.

If you’re looking for a birth or postpartum doula in Richmond, Virginia, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
